Far From Perfect...
It's about doing it!!! I'm not the fastest, and I'm OK with that. It's all about pushing myself to go a little faster or farther than I did the last time. It's easy at the beginning to get frustrated and feel as though you can't do it. That's why I recommend you keep looking at the blogs and watch these videos again. Keep track of how you're doing. Not only your distance and pace, but also keep track of how you feel when you're finished, your energy level, and how your clothes are fitting and what your weight is doing. Sometimes the gain you make is something as small as going up stairs without getting winded. Here are a couple of videos to help you get started.
